If you have purchased a service, program, product or subscription or otherwise entered into a separate agreement with us you will also be subject to the terms of that agreement or those terms of use, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict. Online purchases have additional terms of use relating to the transaction.
By accessing or using this Website and its Content, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to and to abide by these T&C. Any registration by, use of or access to the Website and its Content by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these T&C.

Third Party Website Use

We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of any other individual, company or entity whose website or materials may be linked to our Website or its Content, and thus we cannot be held liable for the privacy of the information on their website or that you voluntarily share with their website. Please review their privacy policies for guidelines as to how they respectively store, use and protect the privacy of your Confidential Information and Other Information.

UNSUBSCRIBE

You have a right to unsubscribe to our e-newsletters or updates at any time through the unsubscribe link at the footer of all e-mail communications. ECEA is not responsible for the removal of your email address however.

We manage e-mail lists through a list management system. Unsubscribing from one list managed by us will not necessarily remove you from all publication email lists. 

Use of Training Hours/Refunds

Please refer to the individual programs refund policies. 

Use of Training hours are at your discretion. Please note that states/centers/programs are not required to accept training hours earned through our site and refunds will not be given if the hours are not accepted. Please check with your state regulations and site administration to ensure that they will accept any training hours earned through Early Childhood Educators Academy prior. 

CEU's are not provided at this time but will be in the future. 

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

User Submissions

Early Childhood Educators Academy does it's best to create an interactive relationship with the members of its Site and services. User comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to us on or by this Site shall be and remain our property. Users assign all property rights and interests to us allowing our company unlimited use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments.
